Builds and reporting defects against build

Let me start with example:

I associate release with specified build with tag 20091010-1010
This tag is available in work item field "Found In".

Now, someone creates a new defect and associate it with this build. Unfortunately, I can't see this association in Build View in Reported Work Item field. Reported defect is visible only, when I create a new work item or Associate an existing work item from Build View.

And my question is: Why there is no automatic association reported defects with specified build (which is selected in Found In field)

Is it kind of bug or there is no such functionality ;)
