Hello,
I am using RTC Version 4.0.1

While loading few plans, sometimes, I am getting below error. Please help.

TypeError: _2a is null

Hi Anitha

I suspect this might be due to a defect identified and fixed in RTC 4.0.5 version. 


If this issue is something which is hampering the work, you should consider raising a support ticket with IBM and get a fix. If you have plans to upgrade anytime sooner on RTC 4.0.5 that would be the best bet. 

If raising an IBM ticket (PMR), you might want to provide more details:

--> Frequency of occurrence of the issue
--> Is this specific to any particular project area or all? 
--> Is this specific to any particular browser? 
--> What kind of plans are these? etc..
