RTC 4.0.5 zimport - why is dataset definition created in "wrong" project area?
I ran a zimport where I specified a project area and stream and it ran successfully. I noticed after it completed that it created a dataset definition to associate with the new zfolder it created in a completely separate project area. I have run this in the past and it always created them in the project area specified in the zimport command. Why would it create the dataset definition in a separate rtc project area?

A user error. I had mistakenly specified the wrong project area as a parm to my zimport.
