TSER list/table view - When changing Priority the Owner is set to unassigned

When I list TSERs (list or table view) and change the priority the Owner is reset to "unassigned".
We use RQM 4.0.5.
Is this a bug or feature?

Since I'm not allowed to upload the screenshots, I try to show it by text: 

ID   Priority     .....     Owner
9      Low        .....     Werner     
                                             <-- change Priority
9      High       .....     Werner   
                                             <-- Press Refresh      
9      High       .....     Unassigned     

Note: If I change the Priority in the "Record-View" the Owner is not reset!
