Code reviews

Hi,

I am interested in the code review capability of rational team concert.

Is it possible to make randomized reviews or reviews after some simple automated analysis (e.g. check how many nested loops / conditions exist)?

Is it possible to do a review after a check in?

You surely ask yourself, whats the purpose of a review after delivering the code to a repository. We just want to make some random examination without binding to much resources to this process.
