Hi,

somebody probably changed the order in the plan details.

Please look here http://jazz.net/library/article/587 for some hints where to look. There are other articles in the library a bout planning too.

Ralph,

cool, the link is very useful about how to add group attribute. too bad it is for RTC3.0, we are on 2.0.0.2 server right now, I don't see + sign next to group. can't use it yet.

however, it doesn't talk about sorting, decending or ascending though.
The problem that I have immediately is priority sorting decending, low priority 4 on top, priority 1 on the bottom. how to reverse that? please help

Hi Ming,

this is so embaressing, I must have confused myself with the work item queries. I thought you could change the sort order in the plan mode/plan view editor. But you can't.

I found no way to change the sort order in 2.0. So I am not sure what happened to you that it changed. I'd suggest to create a work item or contact support.

In 3.0 I found that in the web UI you can change the sort order by clicking on the column header into the sorting column. That is the only place I found you can use.

Thanks,

Ralph
