RQM workitems viewed in RTC

Can anyone tell me if its a known issue in RTC 2.0 that the workitems (defects) raised in RQM cannot be seen in RTC Eclipse client. Able to see the summary of the defect as a result for a query but getting an error while trying to open the workitem in the thick client. Getting the following error when trying to do so. Error running operation 'Loading Work Item' CRJAZ0098I The service "com.ibm.team.repository.common.internal.IRepositoryRemoteService{/jazz/service/com.ibm.team.repository.common.internal.IRepositoryRemoteService}" failed. The server returned the http error 500 with error text "Internal Server Error". Examine any further details here or look in the server log files for more information on how to resolve the issue.
