There is no expiry in the trial environment and the product version gets upgraded over time, but your data cannot be guaranteed. Below is part of the terms of use for the trial.

Project data is not backed up and is periodically deleted. You should use the trial environment for evaluation purposes and test data only.

We strive to keep the trial environment up and running, but there may be times when it is not available or is not functioning as expected.
