I have a team member who is working on work items in multiple iterations, how can I see what his work load is across iterations ?

That is not possible. The Team Load can only show load for a certain
iteration. How exactly is your setup looking? Are the iterations in
different development lines? As a workaround you can show multiple
instances of the team load - each showing a different iteration.

Hey Johannes,

Thanks for the reply. Here is our situation.

One project manager wants to know if a particular resource has availability to work on one more work item which he wants to include in the current iteration. Lets assume that this particular resource is working on multiple iterations within the same dev line and in another dev line. Is it possible to show his load from all iterations in one place, instead of asking the PM to go to multiple iterations to see his overall work load.
