How do we set a particular order for the workitems in a Plan View?
We create a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), which are a set of workitems in a parent child relationship. We set the order of the workitems the order of work. Now when I refresh the plan, the order gets jumbled up. How can I make sure this order is always maintained. This was a known issue in V2.0 but I am seeing the same in V4.0.2.

The Sorting options for the Work Breakdown view are: Estimate, Planned Time, Priority, Ranking and User Defined (at least in the Scrum template). When you say "order of work", to which one are you referring? You might try changing the Sorting to "User Defined" which should remember your ordering. Other than that, on every refresh it should honor the configured sorting option.
