Hello Shaik,

I'm not sure I fully understand what you mean by artifacts with PDF's attached, but...

You can create a project template, include various components of your project and download that. That download can then be uploaded to another server to create a new project (or create a new project on your existing server).

It might help to know more about what your goal/objective is in downloading these artifacts and what sort of format you expect this data to be in after download.
