Installation problem (upgraded machine from WinXP to Win7)

I am having a terrible time intalling RTC after migration to Windows 7. 

When I download any verison of RTC for Windows, after the download I get the message:\

The Compressed (zipped) folder' c:\users\IBM_ADMIN\Downloads\RTC-Web-Installer\' is invalid.

I've tried it at all release levels. (I know 3.0.1 is downlevel, but that's what I was using on Win XP).

When I do into My Downloads and try to extract the files, I get a message that the 'file is corrupted or empty'

can you try and download 7zip to uncompress the zipfile? It kind of sounds you are running into a similar issue to the one described in this article.
