How to import Parent Child relationship?

Suppose we have multiple child records (work item) associated with one parent record. How to import them?

Thanks Eric.

I have done the export same way and able to do it but when I am tryin to Import the same csv file by doing some changes in file. The changes are not reflected in RTC.

while on the CSV Export page,

ensure you export children and parent columns:

The import should run smoothly.
