Require Work Item Approval Pre Condition causes some conflicts in the file while delivering the change sets in RTC 5.0.2

Hi,

My team is facing some conflicts while delivering change sets to the stream. This is the case when "Require Work Item Approval" Pre Condition is active...

The files in which the team members find conflicts are not project files... but these are some work space files that may be kept by the RTC (version 5.0.2).

Every time the Project Manager need to auto-resolve the conflicts to deliver change sets to the stream.

any help would be highly appreciated.
