Hi All,

How to  delete the custom attribute permanently in RTC............?????

Hi, this has been discussed on the forum a couple of times. As far as i can tell this is not possible today. See https://jazz.net/library/article/1002 for some best practices.

What you can safely do today, is to change the display name of the attribute to something like zz_deprecated_.... to make sure users avoid it in queries.

Apart from RTC UI,if it's feasible to delete it from database directly..........???

the data schema and inter-relationships has not been documented.  so some DB expert MAY be able to come up with the approach, but you will be on your own.

The database is managed by the application. You should not attempt to do anything on that level, unless support tells you to so.
