i want to build a projects dashboard shows the important information about each project (the four main compenents sope, budjet, hr and time) using Microsoft office

I am not aware of any way to create a dashboard using Microsoft Office. I would suggest reading http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/clmhelp/v4r0m4/topic/com.ibm.jazz.dashboard.doc/topics/c_plan_dashboard_content.html.
