Time Stamp in RTC

In the date created for work item  it shows Eastern Standard time.  Is it possible to have this customized per client?  We have people in different time zones around the world.

I think this happens.   They're stored in 'Z' time and displayed locally by the UI

As Kevin mentioned, this should already be happening. Are you viewing work items in the eclipse client or web?
There was a defect between how the eclipse client and web UI stored dates differently, but this was resolved in 4.0.3.
