As a admin i need to add to add new subitem in filed against and I'm using rtc2.0.

i have done from my end but it is not visible to end user.

can you please help me out .

tell me the procedure to add new item in Filed against in RTC

 Make sure you have the "Visibility" checkbox selected for your new categories.

In the project area editor's Work Item Categories tab, there are checkboxes to the left of each category. Make sure this is checked for categories that you want to be generally visible.
