Hi,
I downloaded the RTC 4.0 for Windows to my laptop. After extracting the zip file, I tried executing launchpad.bat and got the error "Le package com.ibm.team.install.jfs.app.jts indiqué dans le fichier D:\...\CLM-Web-Installer-Win-4.0.4\im\win32.win32.x86\install-server.xml est introuvable ..." and the same one with other packages.
The problem occurs when the installer try to connect https://jazz.net ...
I'm using and administrator login, but i think the exe cannot pass the proxy. Am i right ?
How Can i install RTC please ?
Thx for your Help.
Damien

Why not download the repository files (From download page, then "All Downloads" then find "Installation Manager Repositories"). After you download the repository files to your local machine, you can add it to your Installation Manager then do the installation.

Hi Kevin,
Definietely you must set proxy for installation manager. To do that, press start->programs->IBM Installation manager when IM starts, select file->preferences-> Internet-> proxy. Then you can select Install option. Please let us know if it helps. |
Ok thx. I try to install IBM Installation manager and i have the popup "The install executable launcher was unable to locate its companion shared library" .......................
Thx ;-)
