I'm gettig this message while i'm running my custom report: 


HTTP Status 500 - The design file <stream> has error and can not be run.

I'm using rtc server 1.0.1 on tomcat 5.5.23

Has anyone any idea what is wrong?

Sorry I missed your previous answer.
You need to use BIRT 2.2.2. The RTC server has a BIRT 2.2.2 report engine embedded in it that can only read BIRT 2.2.2 design files. So you need to design your reports using BIRT 2.2.2.
