RTC refuses to accept any new files.  When I try to share with Jazz, I get this error.  CRRTC8500E: Server Error: Error executing http://localhost:65281/service/com.ibm.team.filesystem.client.rest.IFilesystemRestClient, status code: InternalServerError

1) RTC Client : Eclipse, Visual Studio, CLI
2) Version
3) Can you connect to the server via the web client?
4) Steps to reproduce.
