"Error! Gone" result in Web Client query
I am trying to create some queries in the Web Client that include relationship information (Parent, Children, Related pointers). (Note: You can't even include these fields in the thick client.) However, when I run the query in the web client I am getting the message "Error! Gone"
I did some surfing and found this link: http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21323403 . Unfortunately it does not contain a real solution to the problem.
So, I was wondering if anyone has run into this before and found a solution? It seems that the problem is a link that points to an item that is no longer found. I am not sure how that can happen since you can't delete Work Items (that I know of). Is it possible to do a query on the backend database to at least give me an idea where the broken pointer is?
If that isn't possible then I need someway to extract the relationships between the work items from the database. I have briefly looked at the API but was wondering if anyone had any other suggestions. Thanks!

You are running into
https://jazz.net/jazz/resource/itemName/com.ibm.team.workitem.WorkItem/62878
This has been fixed and you should be able to solve the problem by
installing the 1.0.1.1 maintenance build M1 or later.

Patrick, we installed 1.0.1.1 this past weekend but I am still running into this same problem. From your response is there an additional M1 build that has to be installed on top of 1.0.1.1 or is this one and the same?
If we are at the correct level then are there any other suggestions?
Thanks
I've been seeing this as well
(https://jazz.net/forums/viewtopic.php?t=3852)
But today I found a workaround at least for the Work Items export.
o Update your query in the Web UI to contain Parent, Child as desired
o Save
o Connect to project with RTC Client.
o Locate the updated query ; right click and Export Work Items
Parent, Child, duplicate of are exported.

Please ignore my previous post..... I was having a time warp moment. V1.0.1.1 is being installed this coming weekend, not last weekend.

I tried your suggestion and it did give me the expected results!! Thank you!

As stated in this help link, exporting columns 'Approval' and Approval Descriptors' is empty even though there are Approvals in the work item. Is this a bug?
