Running a 2.0 server alongside 1.0.1 using WAS
Hi
This is more of a WAS question I suspect. I have a happy and healthy
RTC 1.0.1 server running on WAS. I'm terribly curious about what's
coming around the bend in the 2.0 product so I'd wondering how to run
RTC 2.0x in test-mode along-side my existing RTC 1.0.1.
I can think of two possible ways to run both servers on WAS:
1) Start a separate WAS server, one running RTC 1.0.1 and the other
running 2.0Mx
2) Install two instances of RTC into the same WAS server.
(Not sure if 2) is possible)
(The databases for each are separate and distinct.)
Does anyone here have any advice or opinions about how best to do this ?
Any help appreciated
Dave

Hi Dave,
You should have no problem with choice 1. Choice 2 is currently not
possible due to some required global WAS configuration.

I had a feeling that two RTC webapps in the same server might break
something.
Thanks for the advice
