RTC 4.0.5 IDE with RSA 9 Stream creation ?

I have RSA v9 64bit installed and just installed the new 4.0.5 client IDE for eclipse 4.2.x. On startup splash screen of RSA it states Team concert 4.0.5 but when I look for the team artifact view to create a stream between the two tools, it is not in the view list. Has the stream creation steps changed since RTC 4.0.1 ?

Hi Scott,
No, nothing changed since RTC 4.0.1; there is still the "Team Artifacts" view.
Try pressing "CTRL+3" and then typing "Team Artifacts" (that's what I normally do to add views).
