Experiencing Following error in RTC 1.0

The first error below ("Workbench has not been created yet") looks the
same as a previous posting:

The stack trace strongly suggests that you might have the RTC server
running in your IDE. Can you tell us a little bit more about how you
arrived at this error?

The errors after that ("Invalid class loader hierarchy. You have more
than one version of
'org.apache.commons.logging.Log' visible, which is not allowed.") are
probably caused by the same thing. The IDE is contributing one version
of Apache's commons logging, and RTC server is contributing another.
