Can someone tell me where to get current 2.0 builds (Jazz and RTC)? Also
where to get whatever documentation there is on extension APIs? I do
realize these are not production ready and the APIs are in a state of
flux, etc, but I need to start looking into things I will do when
they're more stable.

The API documentation is currently on the wiki, it's fairly applicable to 2.0. The 2.0 SDK will start to be available in the M3D1 milestone of RTC.
