problems in using birt to modify RTC report template

Hi all,
I follow the guide "Creating and Deploying a new Report " in jazz wiki. In this article, it tells that

Modify one of the example reports. The example reports are in the plug-in com.ibm.team.examples.reports.common. Copy one of these into your workspace, edit it with the report designer, and deploy it as you would any other report.

I modify a RTC example report template and redeploy it. However, when I open the report, RTC gives me a message "The design file <stream> has error and can not be run.", and the report couldn't be opened.

I just make some simple modification, such as changing the title of a chart.

Why does this happen? Thanks!

What version of the BIRT report designer did you use to make these
modifications? This error may mean that the BIRT on our server couldn't
recognize the file because it was created with a newer version of the
designer. We require version 2.3.2.2 of the designer.

What is version of BIRT compatible with RTC 3.0.1? BIRT 2.3.2.2 download is not available anymore.

Thanks a lot!
