Jazz.net forum search does not work properly

Jeff Birkner (15810) | asked Oct 22 '13, 9:54 a.m.

I went to the Forum page, entered a search string and clicked on the search icon.

URL: https://jazz.net/forum/?redirect=%2Fforum%2F

I did not get results, but instead got a blank page with an empty search box in the upper left corner.

URL: https://jazz.net/forum/search/?redirect=%2Fforum%2Fsearch%2F

I re-entered the search string and clicked on the search icon and got the first page of results.  When I clicked on the Next button, I got the blank page with the empty search box again.

Using IE8  8.0.7601.17514

Any ideas?

I thought I was able to recreate this on my IE8, but it resolved after a few seconds.    Just to confirm :
1. You do not get the "no results found"
2. You get an empty box where you would expect results (not the search box in the upper right)

It might be interesting to see your search terms, but some how I doubt that is the issue.

I do not get "No results found". I do not even get an empty box where the results would be.

I get a completely blank screen with the small search rectangle with the three radio buttons:

This is the only thing on the page. It is in the upper left corner.

If I put the search string in again and click on the magnifying glass, I can get the first page of results.

If I then click on Next on the bottom to see the next page of results, I get the blank page again with the empty search rectangle.

Thanks.

Jeff
