Facing problem with Doors to RTC
I have created a project in RTC using Scrum process and integrated with doors, when i open a document in doors it is asking me to select rcr raised by someone. its working fine. But after some days, i have changed the workflow (TASK) of the project in rtc to:
1. New 2. In progress
3. verify
4. Resolved
5. Re-Open
Now, i have created the new work items based on workflow. When i open the document in doors it is not showing me Task which are raised. What might be the problem

Hi Vinay,
The changes to the RCR lifecycle in RTC will have to be be implemented in the DOORS Configuration Template as well.
If you take a look at this help page, specifically step 7, that should get you on the right track:
