Facing problem with Doors to RTC

I have created a project in RTC using Scrum process and integrated with doors, when i open a document in doors it is asking me to select rcr raised by someone. its working fine. But after some days, i have changed the workflow (TASK) of the project in rtc to:
1. New 2. In progress 3. verify 4. Resolved 5. Re-Open Now, i have created the new work items based on workflow. When i open the document in doors it is not showing me Task which are raised. What might be the problem |

Hi Vinay,
The changes to the RCR lifecycle in RTC will have to be be implemented in the DOORS Configuration Template as well.
