Hello,

I want to create a spreadsheet (XLS) indicating the available hours per team member. This is based on the team member’s overall availability as well as their planned vacation/days-off for the coming sprint

And also, i want to generate a spreadsheet with the planned hours per team memeber. ( In a sprint)

How do i do this ?

Hi

is there any specific reason why you want the data in Excel sheet??
The data you are looking for is the resource load, which is there in the plan.
The load is calculated based on the resource allocation to the project and the absences.
You can configure the plan to group and owners and set the bars a load.

Thanks for the quick response. Can you please elaborate on resource load ? Can i generate a report basing on this ?

It doesn't necessarily a spread sheet, it can also be a report.
