How to identify changes to a component in a repository workspace since the last baseline

Dave Lavacek (3612) | asked Sep 30 '13, 3:39 p.m.

I there any way to easily/quickly tell that one or more components loaded into a workspace repository have changed beyond the latest baseline?

The workspace repository indicates the last component baseline for every component in the workspace. However, it does not appear to account for any changes made to that baseline. Even when changes are checked in and delivered to the stream, the workspace still indicates the last baseline as the version of any given component. While there are methods for displaying changes that were made since that baseline ("compare with current baseline", etc.), I cannot find any quick indicator that something has changed in the workspace information.

While there is no explicit “version” until a baseline is created, a simple indicator that the workspace component version does not match the listed baseline label would be useful.
