In RTC 4.0, there are new features added:

[List file states and delete the contents of a file]
https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/releases/4.0?p=news#scm_cli8

[Permanently delete content associated to a file change]
https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/releases/4.0?p=news#scm_contentdelete

Does that scm command [List file states and delete the contents of a file] is the one corresponding to GUI deletion's new feature: "Permanently delete content associated to a file change" or not?
If not, is there any scm command for the new feature: "Permanently delete content associated to a file change"?

Thank you very much.
