New to 4.0.1 there are new jobs related to licenses, in Rational Insight Data Manager there is a job called JFS_License4.0.1 in the JFS4.0.1Jobs.
This will populate some license information in some tables in the data warehouse.

Is this data information available in the data model to allow for custom reports?

JAZZ DEVELOPER
This job was created to move away from the data mart in previous version of RQM and RTC. The information is stored in the data warehouse, however it is not in the data model. There are a couple of BIRT reports that use this data.

Those reports are available in JTS/admin, server tab, Licensing section, reports.
