Questions about installing RRDI in CLM 4.0.1 environment
I have CLM 4.0.1 installed on Wndows Server 2008 Enterprise Edition, application server is WAS 8.0. Database is SQL Server 2008 and it runs on a dedicated DB server separate from the JTS server. I need to install and configure RRDI for the test team to generate reports in RQM. JTS server has 32 GB RAM and 2 CPUs. I am planning to install RRDI in the same server as JTS. I need to know if there'll be any issues related to server resources memory and CPU ? Are there any bechmarks for the utilization of CPU and RAM ?
From the CLM infocenter my understanding is that a new SQL Server database, RICM need to be created for Content Store. Also a database for Datawarehouse, RIDW is needed. Currently the JTS database is structured as follows:
databaseName=jts
schemas: jtsDBuser; qmDBuser; ccmDBuser; rmDBuser and dwDBuser;
Do I need to request for a database for data warehouse, RIDW ?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thank You

Npotti,
32G memory with 2 CPU is reasonable to deploy JTS and RRDI on same machine, and yes, for RRDI, you need ContentStore and Data Warehouse.

Thanks much for your response, Xuan. Are there guidelines for the size of Content Store database RICM and Data Warehouse database RIDW ? I would like to know how a rough estimate of the DB size so I can pass on the information to SQL Server DBA.
Thanks again for your assistance, it is greatly appreciated.
