Query the status of a 'Change Set'?
Is is possible to query the state of a change set? I would like to know if it is in the completed state. There is an option to query if change set are attached to Work Items, but I cannot determine if a change set is completed without looking at the icon of the change set.

I don't think this is currently possible. I found a somewhat related enhancement request (Enhancement 265886) that asks to be able to query on change set comments. You can open an enhancement request for querying on the change set status. Robert Carter selected this answer as the correct answer
