Query the status of a 'Change Set'?

 Is is possible to query the state of a change set?  I would like to know if it is in the completed state.  There is an option to query if change set are attached to Work Items, but I cannot determine if a change set is completed without looking at the icon of the change set.

Hi Robert,
I don't think this is currently possible.  I found a somewhat related enhancement request (Enhancement 265886) that asks to be able to query on change set comments.  You can open an enhancement request for querying on the change set status.
