Where is the version of Eclipse with RTC already installed?

Where is the version of Eclipse with RTC already installed? And I need to have version 2.0.0.2 as that is the version of the server which I need to connect to.

This is very frustrating. All I want to do is to install Eclipse - with the RTC plugin already in place - which can connect to a Jazz server running version 2.0.0.2. BTW - I'm on Windows 7.0. I downloaded https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/releases/2.0.0.2iFix8/RTC-Standard-Full-2.0.0.2iFix8-Win-Web.exe, extracted it - ran the program launchpad.exe - and - nothing. Nothing shows at all. So, a follow up question - can Eclipse with RTC for 2.0.0.2 run on a Windows 7 PC?

Eclipse client for RTC is a separate installer and included with the server installation.
If you are specifically looking for 2.0.0.2 version, here is the link :

Thanks for those pages - I've been looking at them already and they have several dozen links on them. I'm under time pressure to get something set up here so I was hoping for a direct link to a version of Eclipse which has the RTC 2.0.0.2 plugin already installed.

You need to unzip client to have it working.

Please let me know if this is what you already needed.

Also, as RTC 2.0.0.2 is really old version, I would recommend your administrator to consider upgrading the server.
