error at the top of the page: (Red line) with message - X null UUID

Using Rational Team Concert, web version, I have tried to make changes to a number of different things (e.g., add a new attribute, add a new work item type, etc.) and have received the following error at the top of the page: (Red line) with message - X null UUID

What does this error mean? It's not explicit enough for me to understand what I need to do to avoid the error.

Are you using firefox? There's a known issue with using firefox to edit fields that involve people that shows up as you describe.

No, I mostly use Google Chrome as my browser.

What fields are you attempting to edit? Can you make the same types of edits using the Eclipse client?
