ClearCase Connector error message
Hi,
When I try to export files from RTC to ClearCase (for the first time) I get the below sync error. On the ClearCase side, it is a ClearQuest enabled UCM project. Please see the sync errors below. Any idea what the problem is? Please let me know. It looks like it's having trouble loading the CQPerlExt.dll, do you have

Can you please tell me if "C:\Program Files\Rational\Common" and "C:\Program Files\Rational\ClearQuest" are in your PATH environment variable ? If not, then please add these first. Then shut down the RTC client and the sync engine process. Finally, start the RTC client and the sync engine process. Please let us know if that fixed your problem.
