Hey all,

I'm trying to import the 10 free developer licenses on a server that does not have internet connectivity.  Following the import, a message displayed stating:

"the server will contact jazz.net to register and activate your 10 free developer licenses"

I navigate to "License Key Management", and the "10Free" licenses status say they're "active".

Are the license registered at this point?
