Cognos 10.1.1: Some users prompting Userd id after SSO Implemented

Hi All,

Cognos 101.1. version, SSO implemented successfully. I logged in Cognos portal but not prompted me user id and pwd. But one of the user logged into same cognos portal and prompted user id and pwd. I verified all browser settings in both systems and it is same. Why, it is prompting user id and pwd in his system and what is issue?

Hello Kumar,

what type of single sign on did you implement? Is it the Jazz authentication provided by JTS?

Hi Francesco,

Thanks for asking.

We are not using Jazz but SSO implemented on Kerbos platofrm.
 
Please provide solution to fix issue.
