How do I setup a suspicion profile if I have RQM only (OSLC link to DOORS) and not RRC?

I don't see "Manage Suspicion Profiles" drop-down OR have this:
Suspicion Profiles menu option

Suspicion profiles is a RRC only function, at this time. It is not a feature of RQM.
