There is no photo in the profile after uploading it

Hi all,
I was trying to upload my photo to the profile. When I select the photo, it appears in preview. Anyway when I click the button to save the changes, my profile is not update with the photo.
I tried with Firefox, IE and Chrome.
Any ideas?

Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to work.
