Appscan 8.7 For Source Client Startup error

I installed Appscan 8.7 for Source client on Windows 7, On Startup the following error occurred.
Please advise. Thank-you

What is the error? I would recommend opening up a PMR with AppScan support since I am not sure that Appscan professionals monitor this forum.

I found a fix that is for licensing , use host uksecurityscan.hursley.ibm.com
