Missing work item icons in new project area in v1.0.1

I installed new Jazz server standard edition 1.0.1 and imported the DB from older version of jazz which already had one project created in it before.

After the new server installation , I created new project area where I dont see any icons against work item states and as well workitems...

What do we need to do to get the icons against work items and the work items states???????

Just to be precise,

The missing icon problem is coming in Eclipse client , and there was a project area already created before which shows all icons.

The icons are missing against new work items i create and also icons are missing against the new work item states when i define them in workflows.
