The activity service page error
Hello,
On the activity service page, I find some user runing time on one service more than 1 day .But these users closed computer and not request the service ,this time also not change.Why? The connect don't release ?
Our use the RTC 4.0.2.

I see this a lot on certain servers I manage. For example I see a "postRenderReport" there with a current record holding duration of >3 days. The unfortunate part is that there are resources being consumed (e.g. CPU) on the RTC application.
