In Rational Insight is it possible to only email a report if it contains data?

We're using Insight 1.1.1.1.  We have a List report that's sent out daily to managers but ocassionally it could be an empty report.

Is it possible to specify to only email the report if there's data returned in the report?  If yes, does it require using Event Studio?

Yes. You can use event studio to set the event and the task.
