Single requirement linked to test script step yet Insight trace report shows multiple links between a requirement and the same test case. Why?
Each requirement is linked to a single test script step. As the link of the test script was made to the test case, the requirement was associated to the test case. When i run the Insight RM Trace report, for a single requirement, it shows anywhere from 9 to >15 occurrences of the single test case! Why? I want a simple report; for each requirement show me a single occurrence of each unique linked test case. I see: Requirement Test Case 2.1.3 Report must display once TC1 - Run the report TC1 - Run the report TC1 - Run the report I want to see: Requirement Test Case 2.1.3 Report must display once TC1 - Run the report

If you haven't done any change in the OOTB report, the result is expected. Because you have multiple transaction data named as "TC1 - Run the report" in "Test Case", while the report has been desgined to group on "Requirement".

If it is as I said, you can change the report to display distinct TestCase in query of Report Studio.
