Are you using Token Licenses in the Redundant License server? Just asking this because, I haven't come across any customer's (personally) using triple Redundant Licenses for CLM products.

There used to be a little caveat in earlier days for Redundant license servers

Note: One key note here is that the semicolon is the delimiter for WINDOWS, and the COLON is used for UNIX..

As the above info was for FlexLM provided licenses, I am not sure if the same instructions would be valid for Jazz Licenses too, please do let me know if this suggestion works for your setup too.

I couldn't find any document on this but if I am not too wrong I think it is supported. You may want to try with comma separated values, something like port@primaryServer,port@secondaryServer,port@tertiaryServer

Hi Ma Chi,

The Flexlm redundancy is very different from the way Jazz licenses are handled in terms of redundancy.(I use to support the Flexlm side of things approx. 5 years ago).

I did however find this great article on Jazz licenses and there is a snip in it where it speaks about creating a redundant configuration but it doesn't appear to be a triad more like a fail over backup server as I am assuming it doesn't need the third server to maintain the heart beat.
