The RCR (Rational Common Reporting) is previous product name of RRDI (Rational Reporting for Development Intelligence). It can only integrate with RQM 2.x. After upgrading to CLM 3.x, please selecting RRDI nor RCR.
RQM provides out of the box Cognos-based report templates and user could import them into RCR or RRDI.

All of your imported into RRDI from CLM are report templates.
Report template and view are concept of Cognos, please refer its document to get the detailed info.

A report template is a pattern you use to build reports. Create your own report templates when you frequently produce the same type of report.
