recommended approach for linking TestPlan to TestCase & TestScripts during spreadsheet importing

Hi,

We got a new requirement for

1. Creating a new Child Test Plan

2. Link with 10 TestCases ( which has got linked TestScripts) to the TestPlan

Questions go as below

Q1. Do we have an option for linking an existing TestPlan ( with an ID number) along with TestCases at the time of importing.

Note: We have seen an option for linking Requirements + TestCase + TestScripts at the time of importing. ( using rqmexcel importer utility)

Manually we can establish link but if we have many records it is time consuming.

Let us know the best approach based on my scenario.
